Please complete the online ordering process with up-to-date information, including your shipping address, billing address, and credit card information. Best Breed provides customer order phone support for all existing and new customers. Please have your order and credit card information on hand when calling. Our hours of operation are 8:00 to 5:00 EST Monday – Friday, excluding National Holidays.


Fax orders are more than welcome at Best Breed. Orders may be fax to 419-859-2934.


All email orders can be sent to order@bestbreed.com. Please do NOT send us your payment information via email as it is not a secure method of sending confidential information. Please call us or provide us with a daytime phone number at which we can call you to obtain this information.


Best Breed offers auto-ship services to ensure that you never run out of pet food again. You simply let us know how frequently you would like us to ship, and we will automatically process/ship your order at the predetermined date. To change an auto-ship date, feel free to send us an e-mail at order@bestbreed.com or call us at 800-500-5999.

First-Time Orders

First-time orders need to include the following information:

  1. The name and quantity of the product(s) you would like to order
  2. Your name
  3. Shipping address
  4. Billing address
  5. Telephone number
  6. Credit card (a) information (Credit card #, expiration date, and the name on the card)

Re-Ordering From Best Breed

You may re-order via online, telephone, fax, or email. The only information we need from you is your name, telephone number, and the name and quantity of the product(s) you would like to order. When reordering, please note any changes to your address or credit card information.


We endeavor to ship all orders no later than the next business day. Best Breed uses FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and FedEx Home Delivery as our primary delivery services.

  • FedEx Ground delivers to business locations Monday through Friday.
  • FedEx Home Delivery delivers to residential locations Tuesday through Saturday.
  • FedEx Express may be used for overnight and second-day deliveries. Note: Actual shipping costs for this service will be charged to your credit card.

FedEx is closed on the following days*:

*When a holiday falls on a Monday, FedEx Home Delivery is closed on the following Tuesday.
